1. Order Management

Modifying or Canceling an Order

  • We begin preparing your order for shipment immediately after it is placed to ensure quick delivery.
  • Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order is in our system.
  • If you need to change something, please email service@dobif.com. immediately with your Order Number in the subject line.

Missing Confirmation Email

  • If you haven't received a confirmation, please check your Spam or Junk folders.
  • If it is still missing, contact us at service@dobif.com., and we will verify your order status and resend the details.

Guest Checkout vs. Account You do not need an account to shop with us; guest checkout is always available. However, creating an account allows you to:

  • Track your shipments easily.
  • View your complete order history.
  • Save address details for faster future checkout.

Payment Methods

  • We accept most major credit and debit cards.
  • Available payment methods for your region will be displayed clearly at checkout.

Promotional Codes

  • Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise specified.
  • Discounts cannot be applied to an order after the purchase has been completed.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Processing & Transit Times

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to pack and dispatch your order (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Delivery Time: Transit time varies based on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s system to update with the initial tracking information.

International Shipping We are happy to ship to customers around the world. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, please reach out to us, and we will try to assist.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international orders, your local customs authority may charge import duties, taxes, or fees.

  • These charges are NOT included in the price you pay at checkout.
  • The customer is responsible for paying any applicable fees upon delivery.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Delays While we aim for timely delivery, external factors such as weather, carrier delays, or customs inspections may affect arrival times. If your package is significantly delayed, please email us with your order number for assistance.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot find the package:

  1. Check safe places around your porch, mailbox, or lobby.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors if they accepted it.
  3. Contact the carrier directly for the most up-to-date GPS location of the delivery.
  4. If you still cannot locate it, contact our support team.

3. Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused and in brand-new condition.
  • In their original, unopened packaging.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email service@dobif.com. with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to post the funds to your account.

  • Our products are designed for standard household use.
  • Please read all product descriptions and included instructions carefully.
  • If you have specific material allergies, please verify the product specifications before purchasing.

Materials & "New Product" Smell

  • Materials vary by item (e.g., wood, ceramic, fabric). Check the product page for details.
  • Some new items (particularly those with foam or sealed packaging) may have a slight scent upon opening. This is normal and will dissipate after airing out in a well-ventilated room for 24–72 hours.

Cleaning Guidelines

  • Generally, wipe down with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners unless specified.
  • Keep products away from extreme heat or direct sunlight to prevent fading.

Product Appearance

  • Colors: Actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting.
  • Dimensions: Manual measurements may have slight variances. Please review dimensions carefully if you have strict space requirements.

Assembly If your item requires assembly, a guide should be included in the box. If it is missing, please contact support for a digital copy.
